We require as much notice as possible to enable us to provide the best catering service possible, although we will do our best to accommodate late orders.

Should you need to cancel your event, we require at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event will incur a charge of up to 30% of the total order cost.

Clients agree to provide credit card details as a deposit on confirmation of the order and to arrange payment on delivery or completion of the function, unless a corporate account has been approved.
